Arvin is responsible for managing all facets of REEF SA/NT and its members through the provision of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Workplace Safety and Workers Compensation advice and support including advocating for REEF’s members.
Arvin joined REEF SA/NT in 2012 initially as an associate and later as an executive
officer. Prior to joining REEF SA/NT Arvin established and managed a workplace
consultancy business providing business advice to a range of businesses and
employers across Australia which still continues to operate today.
Arvin is passionate about supporting employers and advocating on their behalf.
She holds a Bachelor of Management (Human Resources), Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and is currently in process of completing her Bachelors of Law & Legal Practice.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, sailing, travelling, reading & relaxing with good friends.
