Emma Slape, DEPUTY PRESIDENT
The fact that two days are never the same in real estate is one of the reasons I love being part of such a dynamic industry. Housing affects everyone, whether they own, rent or invest and it’s such an important part of our community.
Before joining Turner Real Estate in 2013 as the General Manager, I enjoyed 10 years at the Real Estate Institute where I was fortunate to meet so many members and understand the dynamics and challenges that agencies face on a daily basis.
Working in a large office employing nearly 40 people, HR is very much a day to day part of my role. Being able to represent fellow agencies in the field of HR and IR is a role I take very seriously as I know how valuable great people are to a successful agency.
Outside of real estate, I am an Orange Theory Fitness addict, cook up a storm and laugh with friends and my family and I also am a Board member of a local charity, Time for Kids, which brings volunteers and kids in need together to support the family structure and keep kids out of the foster care environment.
